1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MiniRemote (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
MiniRemote is a software application consisting of:
- An iOS/iPadOS app
- A macOS companion app
The App allows users to control their Mac computer over a local network connection.
MiniRemote operates only within the user’s local network and does not provide remote internet-based access.
3. License
LukasSoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MiniRemote for personal or commercial use on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify or create derivative works
- Redistribute or resell the App
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
4. In-App Purchases
MiniRemote may offer optional paid features (“MiniRemote Plus”) through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
- Payments are processed by Apple.
- Purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
- Restore Purchases is available through the App.
LukasSoft does not store or process payment information.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

MiniRemote operates locally and does not transmit personal data to external servers.
6. System Permissions
MiniRemote requires certain system permissions, including:
- Local Network Access
- Accessibility Access (macOS)
These permissions are required for the App to function correctly. You may revoke permissions at any time in system settings, but doing so may limit functionality.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
LukasSoft does not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The App will work with all hardware configurations
- The App will meet all user expectations
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LukasSoft shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
- System malfunction or misconfiguration
Use of the App is at your own risk.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
